1. General Terms and Eligibility

joua9 (hereinafter "Platform", "we" or "us") is an online entertainment and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and joua9.

joua9 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your automatic acceptance of the updated Terms. We therefore recommend visiting this page regularly.

These Terms apply to the following individuals:

2. Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Process

The name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details provided at registration must be truthful and valid. Providing false information will result in immediate account termination and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Rule

Each individual, household, address, mobile number, or payment method is permitted to hold only one joua9 account. Multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") are strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Allowing any third party access to your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

joua9 may request users to complete an identity verification (Know Your Customer) process at any time. This may require submitting a copy of a National ID (NID), passport or other government-issued ID, along with proof of address. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3. Age Verification and Eligibility

A mandatory requirement for using the joua9 platform is that the user must be at least 21 years of age. Only adults aged 21 or above may create an account and use services on joua9.

Providing a false age at registration is a serious violation. We may request valid documentation for age verification at any time. If an underage account is identified, it will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

In addition, the following individuals are not eligible to use joua9:

  • Those whose accounts have previously been terminated by joua9;
  • Those who have submitted a self-exclusion request;
  • Those who are prohibited from online gaming for any legal reason;
  • joua9 officers, employees, and their immediate family members.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on joua9 is ৳200 — this applies equally to all payment methods. Accepted payment methods on the platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

Once a deposit is completed, funds are generally credited to the account within a few minutes. For any delays, please contact our support team.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. All withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, this timeframe may vary if additional verification is required.

The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Currency and Transactions

All transactions on the joua9 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits or withdrawals in any foreign currency are not accepted.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

joua9 takes a strict stance against money laundering and financial crimes. If suspicious financial activity is identified, the account will be investigated and authorities will be notified if necessary.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users have the opportunity to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, the user must deposit a minimum of ৳200.

The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times (10x). This means you must wager an amount equal to 10 times the total bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.2 VIP and Cashback Program

joua9 has three VIP tiers:

  • Bronze: up to 0.4% cashback per week
  • Silver: up to 0.8% cashback per week
  • Gold: up to 1.2% cashback per week

Users can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular participation and remaining active on the platform.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse, applying hedging strategies, or attempting to fulfill wagering requirements through artificial means will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account may be suspended. All bonuses are for single use only and are non-transferable.

5.4 Promotional Terms

Each promotional offer may have its own terms and conditions, which will be detailed on the offer page. joua9 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

6. Prohibited Activities and Account Termination

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the joua9 platform:

  • Creating or managing multiple accounts;
  • Providing false or fraudulent information;
  • Using software bots, automated scripts, or any technical means to gain an advantage;
  • Interfering with the platform's security systems or attempting to hack;
  • Unauthorized access to another user's account;
  • Operating an account in a third party's name or using another person's account;
  • Attempting to collect bonuses through fraudulent means;
  • Money laundering or illegal financial transactions.

If participation in any of the above activities is suspected, joua9 reserves the right to investigate, suspend, or permanently terminate the account at any time. In such cases, the remaining account balance may be forfeited.

7. Responsible Gaming Policy

joua9 is committed to responsible gaming. We believe gaming is an entertainment activity and should never be used as a solution to financial problems.

7.1 Setting Limits

Users can set deposit limits, wagering limits, and loss limits. These features can be activated through our support team.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

If a user feels that gaming is having a negative impact on their life, they may apply for self-exclusion. Once self-exclusion is active, access to the account will not be possible for the specified period.

7.3 Age Verification and Protection of Minors

10.3 Force Majeure

joua9 shall not be held liable for any failure to provide services due to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, war, or any other unavoidable circumstances.

11. Service Changes and Termination

joua9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time. This includes removing specific games, adding new services, or changing the terms of existing services.

joua9 may close an account under the following circumstances:

  • In the event of a breach of any provision of these Terms;
  • If fraud or deception is suspected;
  • In accordance with instructions from authorities;
  • At the user's request.

Upon account closure, verified and valid balances will generally be refunded — however, this may not apply if the account is terminated due to a violation of terms and conditions.
